She’s spent 10 years designing simple products for people navigating complex situations, across industries like legal access, health, and hospitality. Most recently she was at Front, working across the inbox and chat experience, the product surfaces with highest engagement.

She’s known for leading with deep craft and care, and making ideas tangible at all phases. Most recently that’s meant getting more comfortable prototyping in code and rethinking what’s possible in the design process.
